# THE PEER ADVISOR NETWORK

The Brief
St. Giles Trust needed a compelling film to highlight the transformative impact of their Peer Advisor Network Programme—a scheme that helps people overcome adversity and rebuild their lives. The films were to be used for fundraising, advocacy, and awareness, with the goal of securing long-term funding.

The Treatment
To bring these powerful stories to life, we took a mixed-media approach, combining documentary-style interviews with cinematic visuals and expressive motion graphics to visualise the emotional journey from despair to hope.
We filmed on location in Scotland and York, capturing real environments and authentic voices to ground the film in reality. This dynamic storytelling approach ensured the audience felt deeply connected to the lived experiences of the Peer Advisors.
The film became a pivotal tool for securing three additional years of funding and went on to win Best Film at the UN Big Syn Film Festival.
