#Welly Vision
The Brief
RSPCA Assured wanted to take people beyond the label and onto the farm—giving a real, unfiltered look at what higher-welfare farming actually means. The goal? To build trust, bust myths, and spark conversation.
The Treatment
Enter Welly Vision—a series of 10-minute documentaries that get their boots muddy. Hosted by Kate Quilton (Food Unwrapped), the series takes viewers straight to RSPCA Assured farms, tackling tough questions about animal welfare and food production. No fluff, just honest conversations with the farmers themselves.
To amplify reach, the series was supported by a social media campaign featuring bite-sized videos and a TV campaign driving even more awareness of RSPCA Assured’s work.

THE MEDIA PLAN
Welly Vision was promoted with TV advertising from 5 November on Channel 4, Sky Max, Sky Showcase, Sky Atlantic, Food Network, More 4, Eden, HGTV as well as video-on-demand services. Peak spots included slots during Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice. The TV ad featured highlights from both episodes one and two of the micro-documentary series. Further, the campaign was supported by full-page print ads in Sainsbury’s, Olive, Delicious, Foodism and BBC Good Food magazines, as well as social media ads and organic posts.
